What we collect and why
When you apply for the pilot programme we store the details you enter: your name, company, work email, country, asset type, fleet size and any notes. We use them only to assess your application and to contact you about the pilot. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give with the checkbox on the form.
To protect the form from abuse, our hosting provider processes your IP address and runs a short automated human check (Cloudflare Turnstile). We also record which country the request came from. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain, so your browser does not contact third-party font services.
Where your data is stored
Applications are stored in a database restricted to the European Union. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. Where Cloudflare processes data outside the EU, for example for the human check, transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your application for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. Then we delete it.
Your rights

- Have it corrected or deleted
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything we did before
- Complain to a data protection authority, such as the one in your country or [our lead supervisory authority]
